New wireless Maxstream radio coming out

I've been using the maxstream oem 9600 baud module for some time with
my BS2p40. Line of site is about 10 miles although I'm happy with a
couple of miles. Their new unit coming out in August 2004 will up the
baud to 115k and increase the wireless distance significantly by
going to a 1 watt radio. I realize basic stamps can't move data at
that high a speed but I thought I'd let ya'll know in case there is
interest in other wireless projects you may have. And no, I don't
work for Maxstream.
