Steve
can I talk to you about your solar project? I have a similar project that
I've built at home. It involves battery banks, PV arrarys, charge
controllers with everything micro-controller controlled. This is kinda O.T.
so if you would like, send me a personal email

cheers
Daryl

I wouldn't mind getting in on this exchange. It's not off topic if there's
a stamp in there somewhere! ;)

well I did use the BS2 for the design proto stage then ported the code to
PIC micros. there were a lot of smaller subroutines to get worked out, ex:
LCD, keyboard, ADC, temperature. These are useful for other stamp projects
as well. I certainly don't mind sharing information. after all the idea
behind this list is to help each other out. I was planning on taking it to
another list since most of it involves PICS and is OT besides the
    moderators might object.
