    Check out the following link:
    http://www.cse.fau.edu/~hzhuang/WICIndex.html

Especially the Lab Manuals. We used two stamps and
two wireless transcievers to control a robot through
the internet. The only thing that this link will not
give you is how to secure the static IP for the camera
as that was already set up for us.

The link used MsComm from VB for serial communication,
but programmed in VB.NET for web access. Currenly
working with a group that will communicate using
    MsComm32 in VB.Net.

    Hope that helps,
    Thad

    Nikolas,

I working on a project that eventually I plan to make operable over the web.
I am using a EB500 module to control the hydrogen powered robot with a USB
bluetooth dongle and PC via Hyperterminal. A friend and I are working on a
Java app. to use instead of Hyperterminal, and we will make it web savvy
someday. So, perhaps the EB500 would answer your needs.

    HTH,

    Jonathan

Check out the plantraco.com website and drive one of their desktop rovers
    online. http://plantraco.com/telecommander.html
This is exactly what you are looking for. You can buy the telecommander
software which is computer controlled. This drives the rover. You could
always hack the rover and run the drive outputs into your stamp.
If nothing else, it is fun to play with online.
