cell phones and Stamps

Hello, I have been doing a ton of reading about this. But can you'll fill in
the gaps [noparse]:)[/noparse]

I have a cell phone and a rs232 data cable. I can hook up these to my
computer via: 9600 8n1 no flow control. and issue at commands and everything
works.

I was planning on hooking this up to my BS2, can someone tell me the pin
outs of how I would connect the end of the data cable to the Stamp?

Well, let me ask in a different way.

How could I monitor what pins are being used and what data is being put on
them when I initiate a hyperterminal connection to my cell phone? I am
interested in a software solution.
