    We know.
    We can tell from how often and how well you answer even the most RTFM
    type questions which appear here.
    I've had to deal with support from companies where they think 'support'
    means replying to a question with linkt to where you can buy the latest
    gadgets from their site, instead of actually answering the
    question(which was about a different TYPE of product)
