Variable speeds

I'm using a basic stamp 1 to control a servo to move an arm up and
down that was easy but with the bells and whistles that was needed on
it left me with only 2 or 3 I/O pins left and they want a variable
speed for this up and down motion. I have over heard that there is a
pot command that you place a known cap with the pot and if figures
the pots location from the time constant of the RC circuit. Does any
one know about this function?
Thanks,
Matt

That should explain everything you need to know about the function to get you
going.

POT (BS1) and RCTIME (BS2) behave differently and are not
circuit-compatible.

If you have the latest software for your stamp, go to the HELP file and
look
up RCTIME
