Basic Stamp Editor and Windows CE

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck running BASIC Stamp DOS
software on any Windows CE machines. I tried to run the DOS version
using a DOS emulator on a Windows CE 2.0 OS. The editor ran well but
the stamp could not be identified.

Any suggestions?

Programming the BASIC Stamp requires direct manipulation of the serial
port -- tricky business, and this may not be possible in that OS
(without something written specifically for it).

    Greg,

I haven't had any luck doing that with my HP 360 Palmtop (CE), but
the old HP 100 and 200 Palmtops will run the DOS software just fine.
eBay and other searchables still have those machines from time to
    time.
