Bluetooth Communication for Basic Stamp 2

I'm currently trying to connect a Basic Stamp 2 board to my PC using
a virtual serial port connection with Bluetooth technology. The two
bluetooth serial port plugs I am using are from a company called
Free2move and promote adhoc connectivity. Unfortunitly I haven't
been able to download anything into the basic stamp 2 because of an
error that occurs when I try and download a basic stamp 2 file
through hyperterminal in windows xp. Can the bluetooth recongize the
stamp or does it have something to do with a protocol of some sort.
It does work with another computer so I know its not the bluetooth.
I've also tried to download it through the editor (v1.33) directly
but that acts like nothing is connected at all (ie no echo or
loopback). The bluetooth plugs require no drivers and are designed
to be used on stand alone systems and sensors. Does anyone have a
solution or know what is going on here? Has anyone else tried this
before with success? Thanks for your time
