There is an easy way to do this. Open your program in Hperterminal and
capture the dataa to Excel or Works. You'll then have a printout of all the data -
up to 60000 entries - that you can format, edit, graph or whatever you like.
This is a proven procedure.

I want to run some real time tests (several screens full) and print
out the results for analysis, graphing etc. There doesn't seem to be a
way to do this. Any help, thanks, ralph

Create a .txt file in Excel. Let's call it data.txt

Open Hyper. Click on Transfer/Capture text. In the Capture window click on
Browse. Locate the file data.txt and double click on it. The path to that
file will appear in the Capture window. Click on Start.

Start your Stamp. Data should appear in the Hyper window just like it does
in your Stamp debug window. When you have displayed enough data click on
    Transfer/Capture test/Stop and exit Hyper.

Go to Excel, open data.txt. You will be sent to a little editor screen.
Study it carefully, click on the appropriate buttons, and when you finish
data.txt will come up with all the data you displayed. Now you can edit the data,
graph it or whatever you want.

I know about DAQ - I've had it for a long time. It is a good program, but
    some
times the Hyper/Excel is preferable, especailly when the Stamp is reading a
large amount of data from an EEPROM.

    Your solution is interesting but:
How do you capture the data to Excel?
    Thanks

    Hi,

Here is another possible solution. Go to the Parallax
website and download the StampDAQ files. This gives
you the ability to directly load data from the Stamp
into the included Excel spreadsheet and will even plot
it for you if you choose.

Check it out, it is really neat. Plus, all the
hardwork has been done for you,

Thank you and have a great day!!

Many thanks to those who added comments here. Right now I am working on a
similar problem. This is most excellent.

Many thanks. As always in Windows, it is doable but not easy.
