Problem with PUT statement

I am currently using GET and PUTs for the same locations in
scratch RAM. I am using them in different slots. For some reason
I cannot GET the correct values in the last slot. Does anyone know
why this happens. I thought that all slots used the same scratch
RAM locations to store and retrieve values.
Thanks,
Jack Lindsay
