What code? I'd just have the IR detector kill the other lane's power in the
section before the intersection for about a half second (or until the
controlled car break sensor across "exit" of intersection). No code
required. You could wire a "flip-flop" where the enter sensor turns it off
and the exit sensor turns it on again.
