So how do you use the new Digital Encoder Kit with the Tank Tread
kit installed instead of standard wheels? :-)

Or, for that matter, with other wheels besides the standard wheels?
Guess we'll have to come up with an encoder disk to mount on the
back of the other wheels. Not sure how to handle the Tank Tread
though.

Also, why do you have to use two of these? Shouldn't one be
sufficient?

The encoder kit doesn't work with the Tank Tread Kit. As a matter of
fact you need to have the latest Parallax wheels.
