How to generate 4 byte hex strings?

Can someone direct me to a solution maybe using a stamp
to generate 9 different (4 byte) hex strings when contacts
are closed
eg.. close switch 1 and generate O2 31 30 03
close switch 2 and generate 02 31 31 03
