futaba am reciever and bs2, -> servo

i need to take a futaba reciever, bring the throttle channle into a
stamp, then have the stamp reconize what the signal is, and if
apropriate add or subtract to those values, in acordance with info
from sensors, and then send the signal out to the servo, basically
the first time the device is used it will run a program , all servos
will be controlled only by the stamp,then apon compleation of the
program, it alows control of the servo to fall on the reciever, but
still monitoring the signals, with a program loop of cases to change
the settings.
i need to know,, how do i connect the 3 channles to the stamp , and
then how to provide the stamp a way to controll it, im thinking i
need to build a spliter, switched electronicly, use 2 pins for that
a simple pass threw for the reciever signal, or a signal provided
from the stamp,

explain what i need to do ,
