Hi Jack,
I'm not sure if you are in the market for a data logger or are more
of an experimenter, but were are in the final preparations for
offering a very simple data logger for the BasicStamps for both on
your own board and also a separate, portable unit.
If you are looking for the hobby end, check out the applications
notes on the Parallax website and also search the BasicStamps list.
Pretty much whatever you are looking for is there.
One of the functions we will be offering is a battery backed real
time clock (seconds,hours,days,months and years) in addition to the
memory chip.
Also, we will be offering a very simple (limited) program to pull the
data onto the PC for using Excel to check the data.
