Hobby servo's are typically driven by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). There is
a minimum and a maximum pulse width. The shorter the pulse width the further
the servo is turned in one direction (to the limit of the servo) and the
longer the pulse width the further the servo is turned in the opposite
direction (to the opposite limit of the servo). There is also a minimum and
maximum amount of time allowed between sending pulses to a servo.
If you send pulses too fast then the servo may not have enough time to
finish processing the previous pulse.
