Use of basic stamps list

Dear list members:
Let's remember that the purpose of this list is for BASIC Stamp users to
exchange ideas and provide community assistance to each other. I have
noticed a growing trend toward members addressing Parallax employees via
this list -- which is really not the purpose of this list, and shouldn't
be done.
If you have a question that REQUIRES a response from a Parallax employee
(that is, it can't be answered by any other list member), please do not
post it here. Your question should be addressed to support@p...
and it will be routed to the appropriate department (sales, marketing,
engineering, tech support).
While Erik and I monitor this list, there is no guarantee that we will
respond in a timely manner (he says while working on Easter Sunday....),
and depending on workload or vacation schedule, may not answer at all.
We certainly don't want that to happen, nor a perception to develop that
we're not responsive to our valued customers.
Thanks.

Hey Erik,
A few of us have been talking about the tank tread
kit the last few days...I have mine installed, and
today I will be working on code for that BOE-Bot,
which I purchased just to add the tank treads to.
I even purchased a separate BOE-Bot for the Hex
Crawler Kit, but I haven't gotten that yet, since they
were back-ordered (A good sign they're popular?).
Anyway, I DO need to get the memsic device now that
you mentioned it...I did watch the videos, and I can
see the benefit of having it.
