Basic Stamp Tokenizer

I have created code to access the tokenizer.dll and everything seems
to work fine except for the fact that it only tokenizes BS2 code.
I am using a BS2e stamp so this is not what I want.
I have set the struct to automatically compile for BS2e but it still
compiles BS2.
What could be the problem?
