Is there a chart somewhere that tells how long each BS2
instruction takes to execute?

    Yes - go to the Parallax site and look at the Stamp comparison chart. The
    BS2 executes 4000 instructions per second.

    It depends on the module and is not fixed, some instructions will take
    longer based on the parameters sent and pins passed. That said, Dr.
    Tracy Allen (the BASIC Stamp programmer's friend) has information on his
    web site.
