memsic accellerometers

Hey guys,

I like the package the 2125memsic is in but I need 10g's of
measurement in stead of the 2g that comes with the 2125.

I've looked at their website and see that the 2002A looks close to an
upgradeable replacement.

Has anyone used other memsic accellerometers....????

Jon/Erik,

would Parallax throw out an upgrade to their 2125 module with a 10g
limit?

Thanks
Steve

I can't promise anything but I too have an interest in measuring high G
loads ... the weather is finally nice in Dallas and I'm ready to build
and fly model rockets -- and use a BASIC Stamp or Javelin Stamp to
    measure flight parameters.

    Analog Devices has ADXL210 (10 g's, $15-Digi-Key) and ADXL250 (50 g's)
available. I have used the ADXL202, and found their data sheets accurate and
    helpful.

Dave, did you find the code much different than what memsic required?

I'm providing work with the info so that hopefully they will jump in
bed with the stamp (provides me with some hobbie related work...or
    vica versa!).

Unfortunately, I am a hardware guy, just getting started with software. Maybe we
    could help each other?
