boe bot manual error?
My robotics manual for boe-bot version 1.5 says on page 36,
"if the wheel is turning clockwise, that means that its true center
pulsout period is somewhere above 750."
"if the wheel is turning counterclockwise, that means that its true
center pulsout period is somewhere below 750."
Actually, my boe bot turned counterclockwise (when viewed from above).
And I made it stop by using a number above 750 (in my case 763).
Is this an error in the manual or am I misunderstanding something?
Thanks.

manufactuers. The exact center pulse depends on how accurate they fixed the pot.

Two other things:
1) We review our and update our docs all the time -- please check the
web site for updates.
2) Our new continuous-rotation servos are actually adjustable now --
this allows you to set them precisely for your micro (the Javelin Stamp,
for example is does not have the same PULSOUT resolution as the BS2
because of its background processing, so this is really helpful for
Javelin Stamp robots).

Direction (CW/CCW) of servos above and below the center pulse width
varies among
manufactuers. The exact center pulse depends on how accurate they fixed
the pot.
