I agree with the previous responser.
I had the same problem - I was able to program the stamp from my
desktop just fine, but not from my Toshiba laptop, with the same
error you're seeing. Setting the FIFO to off fixed it completely.

I agree with the previous responser.
I had the same problem - I was able to program the stamp from my
