I just read the articles from the winners of the contest, and I was
wondering if any of them, or anyone at all, for that matter, has a
video online of the M&M Sorter in action? Perhaps a link? =)

Well you can try to load my crude video at
http://www.earl.bollinger.net/Robotics/MandMA.MPG
and see what one looks like when it is running.
Unfortunately, I screwed up and missed the deadline.
But then I really wanted it for my office desk anyway, so it wasn't a
disaster for me. My problem is having any M&M's to demo it with, people
tend to grab a handful from time to time. :)

Earl...THANKS! While a crude quality, I did get to
see what one of these looks like running. From
looking at the original large picture on the website,
I had drawn a mental picture of how it would move the
M&Ms around the tray, but hadn't actually seen it
until now.

> Unfortunately, I screwed up and missed the deadline.

Me too! I wanted to get one, but by the time I
realized it, the contest was under way, and I knew I
would miss the deadline. I still may pick one up as a
conversation piece at my shop.

I could see where that might become a problem! =)
