HI Guys, need help !!!

i received for my 62 birthay a infrared pda, i'm wanderer it's there
an electonic cicuit that i can buy to control my BS2 to control my
my robot by infra red.... i sure hope so, that would liberaye my
computer. Second question, is there anybody that use a PDA to
control a robot out there that would help me a bit ... a would
appreciate, a build 3 or 4 before, so i got i little bit of
experience. thanks a lot.

10 feet by design.
A cheapie Radio Shack remote for $10.00 or so
makes a nice interface, if you buy the IR_Buddy
(which receives and transmits Phillips RC5 codes).
A cheaper alternative is the Parallax IR Interface.
For $15.00, this interface allows you to transmit
and recieve Sony protocols, as well as act as a
short distance detector (around 6").
