Pbasic needed

Does anyone have any idea how to get a copy of the software to code
a basic stamp 2? i heard that it is programmed in Pbasic, but im not
sure. I got the board and microcontroller free, but no software.
Can someone help me out?

    Welcome to the well documented world of

    (You need to re-assemble the above link
    in notepad, then cut-and-paste it into your
    browser.

    Download the
    "BASIC Stamp Windows Editor version 2.0 (and above)"
    full package. This includes the IDE, editor,
    and compiler. You'll need a straight-through
    DB-9 serial cable, and a 6 volt to 12 volt
    wall-wart power-supply (or a 9-volt battery).

    Since the proprietary part of the Stamp is
    inside the chip, all development software and
    documentation is available free on the Parallax
    website (www.parallax.com).

    See the 'Nuts&Volts' area for application
    tutorials. See the 'Educational Curriculum'
    area for more tutorials.
