Hello. I am trying to make a motor driver using spare parts from old car amps.
I found a schematic for a H-drive using two "TIP125" & "TIP120"
http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/motor_light/009/index.html .

It will work great but I need more current. I found some "TIP35C" & "TIP36C"
http://www.onsemi.com/pub/Collateral/TIP35A-D.PDF

I want to know would I be able to replace smaller with bigger with little or no
modifications. or should I look for another route. I cant use relays. need speed
control.

    Hello Anthony

Take a look at this link. It just may have the answer you are
looking for. It is from Al Williams stamp project of the month. I
just stubled across his site a few days ago and have picked up some
    good information off of it.
