The 'device manager panel' exists...
Try looking in:
Start/
Settings/
Control Panel
"System" icon
"Hardware" page (I think that's what it's called in English :-)
Now, PLEASE turn off the Caps lock!
I get a bl**dy awful headache if I have to read all-caps text for any
length of time...
(It's also probably the reason no-one bothered to answer.)

FOR OVER 50 YEARS.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING BAFO ON XP PAGE 15, "DEVICE MANAGER PANEL"
DOES NOT EXIST AS INDICATED FOR WINDOWS XP PRO.
