Well offhand, as a retired teacher, I'd have to guess that somewhere a class
is working with the Basic Stamp. The teacher has given an assignment that
requires listing the basic components, explaining what tokenization means,
and possibly asked them how you would measure a voltage with a Stamp. In
other words, a few of the simpler things described in the manual, and almost
certainly included in the curriculum material that Parallax provides for
schools.
Just a hunch, mind you, but some of the recent questions have that fraught
tone one hears from those who dozed in class and now see a due date
looming...
