frequentie generator PACK V

I need to make a frequency generator that can generate frequencies
from .1 Hz up (to or more then 30kHZ, (what is the maximum?) in 16
different channels. I want to set the duty cycle for all. I would set
a frequency for each channel separate (increments as small as
possible. Then let the generator run for a preset time period.
The duty cycle or the frequency could be set first but If I later
change the frequency, the duty cycle must stay the same. Likewise, if
I change the duty cycle the frequency should stay constant. I would
like to use all the channels in 2 V packs to work at a different
frequency but all at the same duty cycle and I would use a BSII or
higher to command it.
In short:
16 Different Frequency output from 0.1 up to 30kHZ increments +-0.1
HZ. (30 KHz or more, what is maximum?)
Frequency stable wile changing the duty cycle.
increments as small as possible when setting the frequency's. Duty
cycle stable wile changing the Frequency. What could the code be in a
BSII.
Is this possible and if not what are the limits? with the V pack and
how to program that in the BSII?
Thanks
