Hi All,
My friend Craig and I have been working on a IR remote module for the Stamp.
It is very simple and cheap to make. It allows the you to use a standard
universal remote with the Sony protocol as a keypad for your projects. You
can see it at: http://madlabs.info/index.php?x=ir_remote.jsp
Since many Stampers do not have access to a PIC programmer, I make the
following offer to the members of this list: E-mail me *OFF LIST*. I will
give you my address, and you send me a SASE (self addressed, stamped
envelope) with a PIC12F675 in it. I will program the PIC and send it back.
You can obtain a 12F675 for free from the Microchip website.
I just made a nice menu system for my BS2p weather station, and it's great!
Very easy to use.
