Hi everyone, just joined this group. Actually I was after some info
regarding triacs and optocouplers...but I'll leave that 'till later.
I noticed, with some shock, that you guy do not seem to be
acquainted with the humble 'PICAXE' - a pic-based microcontroller
that is available in the UK and Australia/NZ. It's similar to the
stamp in that it is a microcontroller; but is actually contained in
an 8, 18 or 28 (also 42, i think) solid state I.C. And, it only
costs AU $4.00 about AM$2.50 ...
