Serial Mouse to Basic Stamp?

I want to interface a Microsoft Serial Mouse to my BASIC Stamp for an
odometer on a robot. Are there projects on the net anywhere that
describe software for this application?

Are you sure you can do that. I thought a mouse had a travel limit.

This is possible, but handling the stream of serial data will probably be
difficult. For PS/2 solutions have a look at
http://www.al-williams.com/pak11.htm and http://www.al-williams.com/pak6.htm
