H-bridge driver

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions on which IC to use for relatively
high-power MOSFET H-bridges? I plan on using 100A, 55V MOSFETs but there
are so many choices that i am having difficulty choosing one.

Christian, the National LMD18201 is by far the best driver we have
found for simplicity and reliability for our robotics motion
applications. its available at digikey for about $10, and here is
    the data sheet:

The LMD18201 is a H-Bridge IC and is designed to drive the motor its
self. It is not ment as a mosfet driver. If you want an IC to handle
all the power requirements for your mosfets this is not the IC. Also
take a look at the OSMC (open source motor controller)
    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/osmc
They have a well designed motor controller that has proven its self.
