bs1 Serial Adapter
Archiver
Posts: 46,084
I dug out a BS1 tonight for a simple little project (probably simple
enough for a couple of 555's but I'm lazy), only to find out the new
laptop I'm using doesn't like the parallel port-bs1.
Had I realized it I simply would have bought an adapter from on my
last parallax order.
In interest of time, can someone post the link on how to build your
own? I'm sure mine won't be as pretty as the factory model, but it
will have to do, so I can finish up my project this weekend.
Wishing I would have spent the 5$.

you'll find the schematic for the serial adapter in the Help file. It's
also on our web site at this link:

Thanks Jon. I thought I was using 2.1, but my search turned up
nothing. I was actually using 2.0, quick download and I'm all set.
Much appreciated.
