Where to find Socket for BS2P40?

I'm trying to integrate a BS2P40 into a circuit board I'm building.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a 40 pin socket for it. I tried
digikey but they only have low profile ones and judging from the
socket on my P40 Demo board, the thickness of the socket is just shy
of .2 inches.

I have used the low profile ones from Digi-Key for the p40 and they work
fine. Why do you not want a low profile holder?

Thanks for the info. I have no problem using a low
profile socket. I was just concerned that the pins of
the BS2P40 would be too long for it. My demo board
came with the BS2P40 already on it. I started trying
to pry out the stamp to look at the pins but stopped
since the stamp seemed to be flexing quite a bit. I
didn't want to destroy the stamp just yet.

You do have to be careful, the p40 is long and skinny. If you need to go in
and out a bunch, you might want a ZIF (zero insertion force) socket. Don't
use metal tools to pry the chip out if you can help it, and work from both
ends.
