Greetings!
I was thinking more generic, and haven't looked at specific models
yet...
(They look 'geeky' enough, for those who are not geeks, that someone
might decide to give me one for X-mas :-)
And... Thinking back...
I believe I have a Davies Transview in my pile of junk, somewhere...
That is basically a LCD panel WITHOUT any backing, and is meant to be
placed on top of overhead projectors...
Unfortunately, those things only work with a GOOD lightsource...
It's about time I clean up...
:-)

Hi all-
I looked at the microoptical stuff. The only prices that I saw were in
the thousands of dollars, too rich for my blood. Maybe I'll see if I
can get one of those projector clocks. Another Idea would be if some
company has produced a SMALL, relatively inexpensive, low Power DLP
projector. Prices are dropping like stones on that front, so maybe the
best thing to do is wait.
Thanks,
-Mark
P.S. Trygve- Did you have any specicic clock model in mine that you
thought of opening, or was hacking a clock a more generic thought?
