Connect one BasicStamp to Serial Printer (Serial communication)

Any person know the topology and program to connect anything serial printer
to one basicstamp bs2p by serial protocol.....

Is there a specific printer in mind? usually you connect the SOUT pin on the BS2
to the serial input pin on the printer. Use the debug command like this:

debug" this is a test to print a line on the printer"

if you have the command codes from the printer use them to give instructions to
the printer like return line might be $0A, or magnification ON might be
$1D,$21,1 these are found in the users manual of most printers, you can find
them on the net. you can use them in combination format such as

debug " this is a test",$0A

that would print that line followed by a return line. Hope it helps.
