I'm still too new to electronics and the Basic Stamp to try it
myself.. but I'm curious to read anything anyone has on interfacing
the BS2 (any variant) with a gameboy (advanced or older model). Even
if its just for data display.

I don't know if you're aware of it or not, but there are entire
websites dedicated to hacking the gameboys. You could learn a
lot about the protocols etc. from them. Also Nuts & Volts has
had various articles over the years on gameboy interfacing for
various projects as well - one I believe was by Karl Lunt (who
has a neat website as well).

appreciated... especially from the Nuts & Volts issue numbers and
such.

Shane, I don't have the specifics memorized... I suggest you do
a google search and/or got to the Nuts & Volts web site and type
"Gameboy" into their archive search feature. Sorry, I'm just
too busy to do the research for you.
