boe-bot homing divice

Hallo all

i am working on a boe-bot with gripper and CMU-cam nou i want this
boe-bot to gather colord blocks and bring them to a specivic place
all red together all blue together all green together. Well my
question is how do i tell the boe-bot where to gather the red, green
and blue blocks has anyone got an idee (hardware and software).
