4-20mA Driver chip help. Slightly OT

Help... I need an IC (prefer DIP) that will take a pot input (0-5V) and
convert to 4-20mA. I have found one from Burr-Brown, the XTR110, but it
requires min of 13.5VDC and I need it to be at a min of 9 to 10, but
preferrably 5V input.

Any suggestions.
