downloading causes blue screen of death

On 2 computers running Win98 & Parallax Stamp Editor 1.31 & 1.33
downloading to 2 different robots I have the same problem. Identify
works but downloading causes a blue screen of death "A fatal
exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C007E0C6 in VXD mrtRate (01)"

I played around with port settings with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi Fred -

MRTRATE.DLL appears to be an Intuit program used by Quicken 2000 and
Quickbooks 2000 according to the Microsoft information:

I doubt if that has any bearing on the Parallax Stamp Editor.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!!

I don't know what Quicken has against Parallax ;-) but when I
move the offending Quicken file temporarily to the desktop I can
now download programs to my robots.
