Dimming light

I want to use a bs2 to dim lights (220V) a sort of 'Home automation'
(not for light en sound effects)
I know there is a velleman kit but it has an input of 0-10V.
The bs2 can do 0-5V is there a connection possible?
I think that I also can use a S202S11 (Sharp) but i must buy 10 pieces and they
are 13 EUR, so is there an alternative with components that aren't so expensive.
Any links our suggestions?
Thanks Pieter

Stamp's PWM function with an opamp to buffer and bump the output
voltage.
