Saving Stamp data as a .txt, Was: Microwebserv?

All I want to do is to upload data from the Stamp to a web page once an hour
or so. If I can save Stamp data as a .txt file, I could upload it using an
auto-ftp program. Simple and cheap. Anyway to do this?
