=has it recognized the stamp in the past?
=when did it stop recognizing it? (did it stop working after testing
out the servo motors for the first time with the stamp?)
=check power to the stamp, if using a battery, us a new one, or
consider using an AC wall adapter (AC in, <10V DC out).
=how are you powering the servo motors? Same power supply as stamp?
=if you were able to program the stamp in the past, does the last
program that you downloaded to it still work. (can you tell if the
stamp is broken or not in any way).
=have you tried restarting the computer
=give any other info that you think might be helpful in diagnosis of
a problem.
