I working in DOS I hit ALT I and I still get the program not found.
If I hit ALT R it says it is downloading, is that it? Did it program
my stamp? What does ALT I do then, I thought that was what I need to
do toprogram the stamp.

PIC16C58 (with the PBASIC interpreter and your code). If you're trying
to program a BS1 module, use ALT-R, not ALT-I.
Again, use ALT-R.
