Best way to get 4 temp measurements - sensors

Use thermocouples for the exhaust.
use the existing water jacket sensor, it is a resistance based sensor
so you would get either a variable current or variable voltage.
for the intake you can try different things. probably juse rig up
yoru unit and take the sensor near the car for a reading and move it
around the car once you have started the engine to see if the high
voltage from the spark plugs will cause errors.
