Self modifying code?

Hi,
wonder if one Stamp can program another in a linked fashion? For
example, if Program A is running in Stamp 1, can Stamp 1 download
Program A into Stamp 2 and so on? Of course, the Stamps are linked
by the output pins. I am investigating the possibility of rugged
systems where the destruction of one processor will not stop a
system from functioning.
Related to the question above, can a 2SX send programs to each of
its banks? The user only needs to put Program B into bank 0, then
the Stamp will program the other banks for running at the future
time.
Thank you, I hope this question is not already asked before.
Best Regards,
George

A BS2sx cannot transfer a program from one bank to another unless
each bank is primed with a small tricky program that serves that
purpose. On the other hand, it is easy for a BS2p or BS2pe to clone
one bank into another, or for it to receive a program from outside,
by use of STORE/READ/STORE/WRITE commands.
