Hi all,
pardon the off topic post.
I am looking for insulation diaplacement type of termianls to save
board space. Seems large termianls are on 3/8 inch centers, screw
termianls on .2" down to 0.1" but at 0.1" they cost more than the
board !
I have seen high density connectors on some alarm panels that I have
scavenged, but no mfr names.
Any ideas ?
Dave

Look in www.digikey.com under 'IDC'.
0.1" is the usual 'standard' size, as this
matches the holes in prototyping boards.
I've seen some 2 connection 0.1" center solder-pin
screw-terminals at Radio-Shack -- check out the part, and
see if you can get more in a row.
