Help Please! Setting And Programming HM2007 Speech Recogntion System

Hello people. I already have the setup done with the wires for the
HM2007 Speech Recogntion Chip. But my problem is i dont knw how to
program the chip using the busses. Can any body help me? i
know this chip is very difficult to deal with, It is with me.

Ive Looked at schematics and set it up accordingly, but about the
programming... I have no clue what to do? the data sheet is some what

its an issue with busses and i dont know how to communicate with it.
