Pulsin with rc plane reciever

Is it possible to interface a stamp with a rc car reciever using the
pulsin (to read the pulse from the reciever) the pulsout to control
motors, servos or whatever.
suguestions?

months back, because when I hooked the bs2 to the white data wire from
the receiver I got data but it was not giving the same results when I
wasn't even touching the TX sticks. The answer didn't help me, but you
could try. I'm sorry I don't remember right now. They said it had to do
with the pulsing wire from the RX taking in readings from the air?
Let me know if you figure something out.
